100% Chardonnay from 4.5 hectares with of 25-yr old vines (average) grown on tablelands in Beines and from the “Grands crus” tableland in Fyé, Soils mainly composed of hard and compact limestone, very fine grained and little clay(Portlandian). The soil of Chablis is full of marine sediments and small fossilized oysters.
TASTING NOTES:
This is a classic Petit Chablis. A light, delicate stony nose, with a firm fresh fruit and good acifity on the palate with a tight-knit finish. 94 - Tim Atkin, Decanter
